Allen's Farm is a 20 hectare subdivision consisting of four stages. ELS were contracted by the developer to construct and maintain the large open reserve as well as streetscapes on 3 stages and the continued maintenance of earlier stages.

The initial reserve, 10000m2 in size, required the construction of concrete paths, the installation of bollards and a series of large hand crafted timber sculptures throughout the children's play space.
ELS were then required to plant out advanced trees and hydro seed.
