Oak Gardens; 4 hectare estate located in Keysborough. 

This project required earthworks to fine grade the swale before adding organics.

The large swale/wetland planting required mass planting of over 10,000 natice shrubs and trees before spray mulching.

The reserve was surrounded by instant turf and advanced tree plantations.  All streetscapes were  finished off with instant turf. This site required a 36 month maintenance program.
