Kilora Park Estate; a 38 hectare subdivision located in Clyde North.

ELS were contracted by the developer to construct a large open reserve roughly 50000m2. 

​

This reserve required earthworks to regrade and cultivate the soil before ameliorants were added. The site was then hydro seeded as per council requirements.

​

The 3 smaller sites for this project required garden beds, tree planting, bollards and instant turf.

​

These sites all required streetscapes as well as continued maintenance on all Kilora Estate stages.
