Description:
Tulliallan is a premier subdivision located in the city of Casey. Covering 80 hectares that encompass large open parks, bike paths and a 117 year old avenue of Elm trees. Its pedigree has proven highly sought after.
We were contracted by the developer to construct and maintain 19 stages made up of multiple open reserves and streetscapes. The first large reserve was constructed alongside the original estate home. It was important that care was taken when constructing the garden beds around established trees to avoid any damage to their root zone. Earthworks were carried out on these sites to ensure the area was free draining and to prepare the lawn areas for hydro seeding. The second large park was a 10800m2 reserve. This stage again required earthworks to be carried out and to reshape the site. This stage also required the construction of a community area made up of a children's playground and a basketball court. The playground equipment were sourced and installed by us. We also project managed allrubber surfacing, soft fall mulch and the plexipave basketball court fabrication.
Concreting works were carried out at both reserves, as well as the sourcing and installation of community bench seats, BBQ’s and shelters.
